Material (steel coil)→uncoiler→pinching and leveling→shear and welder→horizontal (or cage) accumulator→forming mill→HF soild welder→external burr removing→IF annealing→heat treatment→air cooling→water cooling→sizing mill→rounghly straightening (turkey head)→cut off machine→run out table
Packaging & Shipping
Our products are securely packaged using a combination of bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard for secure shipment. All tubes are individually wrapped and labeled to ensure they are shipped safely and securely.
We have a wide variety of shipping options available, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other major carriers. We can also arrange for local pickup or drop-off for our customers.
